Clicking this buttons allows you to export all comment sessions for the active invoice to a comma delimited (CSV) file that can be opened in Excel.
When clicked, you will be prompted for a path and filename to save the chat file to (ChatLog.csv is the default name filled in for you),
Click the Save button to save file. You will see this dialogue that will allow you to open in Excel (or whatever your default CSV viewer is):
