There are several keyboard shortcuts as shown below depending on where you are within the program.
The first Alt key press will display the short cuts for the ribbon tabs as shown below.
Tools
Pressing T will display the tool options as shown below.
Pressing the desired letter will execute the associated button.
Work Request Edit
Pressing T on the ribbon tab will display and enable the short cuts for the work request edit ribbon as shown below.
If the associated button is disabled then pressing the letter or letters will have no effect on the ribbon option. Instead the letter or letters entered will apply to the currently selected control.
Pressing the desired letter or combination of letters will execute the associated button.

Insert Row
Insert key (only when a row is selected and not in edit mode) DISABLED
Cancel Cell Edit
Esc key
Cancel Row Edit
Esc key after the cell edit is already committed
Collapse Hierarchy Item
Space key - expands/ collapses a particular item in the hierarchy if the focus is not the hierarchy button. Only works if the mouse is over the +/- button or the last thing clicked was the +/- button.
