Nexus is an invoicing program that was designed to replace the contractor tools VMC, TMC, PO. This program has been modified to report on OneVM VC (OVMP) invoices as described below. While the Nexus ribbons combine VMC, TMC, PO and OVM functionality, this manual is split into five sections to explain each separately.
Features available in this program include:
View work order. OVMP work orders are in read only mode. No changes are allowed to work orders, but Nexus does allow user to attach documentation to each invoice, and submit the invoice to PGE when the invoice is ready to be reviewed.
View/export reports to track your work
Attach/view supporting documentation to each work order
Comments window to allow off line chat conversations between users in reference to each work order
