Nexus is a program that was designed to replace the contractor tools VMC and TMC. Later, the ability to invoice all purchase order invoices was added to the program. Nexus works directly on PG&E server, so the entries you make will be validated, saved and invoiced real time. This section will walk you through the screens and functions available for PO Invoicing. To view VMC operations check out Nexus VMC. or to view TMC operations check out Nexus TMC. PO Invoicing is a contractor tool that allows contractors to create purchase order invoices for submission to PG&E. All invoicing functions provided by PO Invoicing work directly against the PG&E database system, so all entries, deletes and edits, will be processed real time and available to PG&E personnel as soon as each invoice is saved.
