Select Tools to get at certain options described below.

 

 

 

Shows information about program.

 

Opens this manual in a browser window.

 

Displays user keys and settings.  You may be asked to screen shot this screen for support purposes.  If applicable also allows user to change companies.  If the CHange COmpany button is enabled, select it to switch to another company you are authorized for in Nexus.

Displays user controllable options for program. You can modify the paths where Nexus will look for files, including Uploading documents, Importing CSV files,  saving Excel and PDF reports, and Download path to save documents you download from Nexus.

 

This will display logs useful for technical support.  You may be asked to send in your error log.  If so, click this Tool, then click PDF to save the log so you can email it to support on request.
