Work Request Detail

 
This button allows you to view/save a work request detail report by entering a single work request or selecting from a list of search criteria to identify the report you want to view/save.
 
You can enter a single work request to be reprinted, or select a group of work requests from the other search criteria.  When using other search criteria you will be required to select a division and will be limited to displaying/printing 100 work requests at a time.

Work Request Search

1. Work Request Search
To report on a single work request number, simply enter the number here.  If you enter a number none of the other advanced search fields can be used

You can fill in as many fields as you like to limit the results of your search for reporting purposes.  Keep in mind you can still use the filter buttons in the grid to limit the records viewed.

Clear Button

Click the Clear button if you want to clear all search entries so you can start a new search

Once you have entered your search criteria, the Search button will be enabled and you can simply click Search to start the search for your report

Dump to Excel

Once your results grid is filled in, you can export the report to Excel by clicking this button
NOTE:  If you set any filter on the grid, then only the filtered results will be exported to Excel.

Filter Grid

6. Filter GridClick the filter next to any column on the report and you will be able to filter the rows on your report based on your filter selection.  This works the same as a filter in Excel,
