A new button has been added to the Invoice/Work Request/Work Order Ribbons (shown above) that will allow you to attach one or more approved T&M Auth Forms. This process is identical for all programs that use the T&M form so anywhere below that references Invoice will indicate Invoice for TMC or PO, Work Request for VMC, or Work Order for OVMT.
Select the button to open the Attach Auth screen. Only approved forms that match the week ending date, division, district, and order# for the selected invoice will be displayed. Select the form you want to attach to view it. Select the checkbox next to the form name to attach the form and all supporting documents attached to that form. You may select (attach) multiple forms from this screen. After selecting the checkbox for the desired form(s), click the Attach button to attach the selected form(s) to the current Invoice. To abort attaching any forms simply click Cancel.
Clicking the "Include non-approved forms" checkbox will display all forms that match the Invoice criteria. They cannot be attached to an invoice unless approved, but are available to view in case you want to see any applicable forms that are still pending approval.
This is a view of all forms. Note that the non approved forms will have a different icon based on the form status and cannot be selected to be attached to Invoice.
Once the form is attached, it will be displayed on the Docs tab of the Invoice. Any documents attached to the form itself will be shown within the form document as shown below. Deleting the form from the Docs tab will also remove the form's supporting documentation.

Similar to other attached documents, you can view the PDF of the form by clicking this button
For programs that have a required documents list, the T&M form requirement will be automatically checked to satisfy the requirement for "T&M req & just form".
