To view and/or edit existing forms, enter the search criteria to bring up a list of matching forms, or enter the individual form name you wish to view. In the example shown below, user entered a date range to find matching forms. The matching forms are displayed in the Form List on left panel. If only one form is matched it will be displayed automatically, otherwise select the form in the form list that you wish to view. When a form is selected, you can upload documents to that form, or click the Edit button to make changes to forms.
Forms can only be edited or have documents attached if the form is In Progress
See items 4-6 to view how ti use the T&M Auth Ribbon buttons in the Changes & Documents groups
Enter Search Criteria
Enter an individual form number (or form number with wildcard "%" to find multiple forms). For example, enter MFEEBEB% in the Form Number search field to display all forms created in East Bay division and East Bay district.
Instead of entering a form name you can instead enter various search criteria to find matching forms. Once you have entered your desired search criteria, click the Search button to display a list of matching forms.
Select form name from Form List to display the form information. If the form status = "In Progress" then you can add supporting documents, or edit the form data.
Valid only for forms that are still In Progress, click the Edit button to open the selected form for edit. Make applicable changes and click Save button to save your changes, or Cancel button to abort your changes.
Click this button to start a new form by creating a copy of the currently selected form. A new form will be created where you can modify any of the copied fields to save a new form. Attached documents are not copied during this process.
The status button will display the status of each form being viewed/edited. Clicking the status button will display information about who is responsible for the status, and when the status was applied. A future release will show a history grid of all status dates and user IDs, as well as an option to view the form's log.
