While viewing a form you can view the Log or History of the form as explained below. The status button on the form is a pull down that allows you to p[ull up the same log and history, as well as view the latest status of form.
While viewing a form, you can click the View Log button to see the logged entries for a form. This is generally only needed for tech support and won't be useful to most users.
You can also view the History of the form to see when it was submitted, approved, or RTV'd, including RTV reasons.
