VMC Document Log

 
This button allows you to view a list of supporting documents that have been uploaded for a specified work request.  You can export the list to Excel, download a group of selected invoices, and even delete documents that are no longer needed.

Work Request Search

1. Work Request Search
To report on a single work request number, simply enter the number here.  If you enter a number none of the other advanced search fields can be used
NOTE:  You can use a wildcard search at end of number, such as EBEB1024% which will bring back all work requests that start with "EBEB1024"

Advanced Search

You can fill in as many fields as you like to limit the results of your search for reporting purposes.  Keep in mind that after the search results are returned you can still use the filter buttons in the grid to limit the records viewed

Clear Button

Click the Clear button if you want to clear all search entries so you can start a new search

Once you have entered your search criteria, the Search button will be enabled and you can simply click Search to start the search for your report

Dump to Excel

Once your results grid is filled in, you can export the report to Excel by clicking this button
NOTE:  If you set any filter on the grid, then only the filtered results will be exported to Excel. The Excel report will identify the nature our your report.  WHo created it, when created, what search criteria was used, and what filters were set by user.
