Work Request

 
 
Clicking the VMC Work Req button in the Edit Group on the Home Ribbon will start the Work Request Edit screen and display the Work Request Ribbon.  Enter work request # and click Search to load the work request you wish to edit.  You can also just scan the work request# from the work request barcode if available to start the edit process.

  Click this button to open the Work Request Ribbon, ready for you to search for a work request # to edit.
 
When you first click the Work Request button from the Edit group, you need to identify the work request you want to work with. Once a work request is displayed you can edit work completed items for the work request, complete the work request, upload/view supporting documentation and even save a PDF copy of the work request for your records.
 
When you Save your changes each tree will be validated for complete and correct information.  Any trees that have errors will be reported to user by tree to be corrected (See Tree Errors).  If a tree passes validation it will be saved to the server, and invoiced real time. There may be errors encountered when attempting to invoice a tree, and if found, these will be reported back to user and the invoice status for that tree is set to "Error".
 
Once all trees have been completed on a work request you will be prompted to Complete the work request.  Enter work complete data as requested and you are done with the work request.  You may then type in (or scan) next work request and repeat the processes to enter work completed from your paper forms.
