Crew Template

 
The Crew Template gives you a way to store often used crews for filling in the T&M section of a tree.  For example, if you have a crew consisting of a certain crew, with certain equipment, the crew template can be filled in to allow a quick add of all members of the crew to a T&M tree record.  Then you simply need to fill in the hours used by each crew member.
 
You may create as many separate crews as you may need to expedite filling in T&M records.  Each crew is assigned a name you give it, and can be modified or removed at any time.  To start a crew, on the Work Request Edit screen, click "Edit Crew" located at the far right of the work request ribbon, This will open up your crew add/edit form as shown below.

Pull down crew list to change between crews that you want to view/edit.  To add a new crew, click the Add button

Edit the selected crew.  Here you can add/delete crew member rows, rate codes, and descriptions

Click here to Add a new crew template under your User ID

Copy & Add New Crew

4. Copy & Add New Crew
Click here to copy selected crew, and start a new crew using the crew elements copied from another crew template.  Edit crew members as you wish, click Save when done.

When done, click OK to close Crew Template form
