Edit Invoice

  After searching for the invoice(s) you want to view, click on any invoice in the left panel to display that invoice in the edit grid panels to the right.
  The Edit Invoice button will open up the Detail dialogue form for the selected detail record.  Click the detail record you wish to edit in the upper grid,
  then click Edit Invoice.  This form is the same as used to add a detail record, only all fields are filled in from the record you selected.
 
You must be in Edit mode before you are able to edit any detail records
 
In this example, I did a wild card search for DAVEBCE%.  This displayed all 11 matches in the left panel (Invoice List).  Click on any displayed invoice number to display the invoice data in the grids to the right.  If you want to edit the selected invoice, simply click the Edit Invoice button.

Click this button when you want to edit selected invoice
 
Once you have started an invoice, you can modify the order# (and OpCode if applicable) by clicking the Edit button on the Invoice Header form.  You can Void (or Un-Void) an invoice from here as well.
Invoice header Edit or Void is only available when you are in Browse mode for a selected invoice.  Once you start editing the invoice, changes to the invoice header are not allowed until you return to Browse mode.
 
After clicking the Edit button, the invoice list will be hidden and you will be in Edit mode for the selected invoice, indicated by the orange header background.  Make any edits or adds as needed, including adding detail and time records, then click Save button when you are ready to save your changes.
