Invoice Ribbon

  When PO Invoice button is clicked from Home Ribbon, user is taken to the Invoice tab and the invoice ribbon is displayed.  There are several functions
  and features available on the Invoice Ribbon as described below.

Click the buttons below to jump directly to the page describing that feature.

Edit Invoice

 
  Click this button to enable Edit Mode on the active invoice

Show/Hide Errors

 
  List of errors on bottom of grid can be hidden or shown with this button. 
  Hiding list allows more records to be displayed on screen.

Add Invoice

3. Add Invoice
  Opens a new dialogue so user can add a new invoice from scratch

Add Detail

   Anytime you want to add a new detail record to an invoice, click this.  A new dialogue screen will be displayed so you can add a detail record to the
  active invoice

Edit Detail

  If you need to edit an existing detail record, select the detail record you want to modify and then click this.  A dialogue box similar to add invoice is displayed with with selected detail record.
  Make desired changes and click Save.

Cancel Edit

 When in Edit Mode, this button will cancel edit mode and discard any unsaved changes

Upload Document

  Click this to upload supporting documents.  Only some users are allowed to upload documents.
  User will be presented with a file explorer window where they can select the file they wish to upload.

Download Document

  On the Documents tab, select the document you wish to download and click this button
  User will be presented with a file explorer window where they can select where to save the file on their computer

Generate PDF

  Clicking this will generate a PDF report of the active Invoice

Export Chat

 
  Allows you to export all comments regarding this invoice to a CSV file

Layout

11. Layout
  The Layout group of the ribbon is used to Save, Load or Reset the layout of the tabs on the work request edit form.

Crew Template

  The Crew Template gives you a way to store often used crews for filling in the T&M section of a detail record
