These report buttons may or may not be visible depending on the latest version released to Citrix. If they are visible, here is the documentation that discusses the reporting.
The Form Summary button will open the Forms reporting. Much like other report, enter the form name to report on just that form, or enter the search criteria and click Search to display the results.
The report can be filtered, and exported to Excel (see instructions for program reporting earlier in manual). This report also allows to to select one or more forms in the report grid, and then click the Open Selected button to open the forms in the form editor/viewer.
The Linked Report is still a work in progress and will be documented once completed and released. Currently it won't be visible to users.
