Add Tree

 
The Add Tree button will be enabled when user is in EDIT mode on a work request and has selected a tree on the grid.  Once this is done the Add Tree button is enabled.  Clicking it will bring up the Add Tree form, using the location of the selected Tree to add the tree to.
 
Click the Copy Selected button (if desired) to copy all info from the selected tree.  User can then fill in remaining required fields, and/or modify copied fields,  then click Save to add tree to work request and return to the Work Request Edit screen.
 
The added tree record will not be saved to the work request until you click the Save button on the work request edit screen. 
 
 
 
 
 
After Save the tree is added to the grid at end of location it was added to as shown below.  The Inv Status will indicate "Added Tree" and the row (when not selected) will be shown in green.  Once user clicks Save on the edit form, the added tree will be verified and invoiced.  When the work request is opened the next time, added trees will be shown at the end of the work request in the order they were added.
