When all tree data rows on a work request have been completed, user will be prompted if they want to mark the work request as completed.
If Yes is selected, the user's ID and current date will be filled in to complete the work request. User can also review/modify the work complete data by clicking the Complete Work Req button during EDIT or BROWSE mode on a completed work request. They will see a dialogue where they can change the Work By or Work Date fields.
When you complete a work request, if there are any invoices not yet submitted, you will be asked if you want to submit these invoices. If you answer No, the work request will not be closed. Selecting Yes will automatically submit all "In Progress" invoices on the closed work request.
