Fill

The Fill tab allows you to edit multiple trees at the same time with the same work complete data. The fill tab is only available when you are in Edit Mode on a work request.

First, select (check) the trees you want to fill in work completed data for.  Click each check box, or use Shift and Ctrl keys to multi-select as you would in File Explorer or other Windows applications.  See Selecting Multiple Rows for more detail on multi-select of trees.  If you check the box to left of Tree Column label then all trees will be selected.  Uncheck the box to unselect all trees.

Once trees are selected, fill in all of the values you wish to apply to the selected trees by checking the box for that field and filling in a value.  Once your selections are made, click the Fill Work Comp button to apply the changes. You will see a dialogue to confirm your changes.  Verify the changes and click Yes to apply the changes
